executable not generated

Hi ,

The cc3089 error is a fatal error that simply indicates that the Compilation has failed due to an error somewhere in the build chain - i.e. not a specific Compiler error, but an error during the execution of one of the build tools that are invoked by the Compiler during the build process.

Typically this error is preceded by other warnings or errors from the tools in the Output Console Window. Do you see any other errors or warnings? Are you able to provide a copy of the contents of the Output Console Window in the event of a failed build?

Are you able the share a complete project that demonstrates the behaviour?
