Temp profile for Black BGA packages

Good day,
Do you have a spec sheet with the oven temp profiles for ADSP-BF527-KBCZ-5CZ.
We are having problems with the CM doing the PCB population, and want to ensure they are using the correct temp profile for these parts.

Use the search engine to search for the "ADSP-BF527" to obtain all the relevant information. The Peak Reflow Temperature is provided there.
