How to use a 5 volt CAN bus with a 3.3 BF DSP

I would like to know how I can connect a 5V CAN bus line to a 3.3V BlackFin 512 based board.

There are Voltage conversion small boards, are they safe to use with the CAN system?

You don't have CAN on BF51x. Please see the datasheet:
