Thread Summary

The user encountered errors when using the serial device programmer for the ADSP-BF609 board, including 'couldn't find DPIA buffer address' and 'driver load failed.' The final answer suggests that the issue might be due to the .ldr file being mentioned twice in the command. The user is advised to check and correct the command parameters.

Hi,

I am trying to use the serial device programmer for a B609 board .

I using the follwing command:

"CLDP -proc ADSP-BF609 -emu 100b -driver "C:\Analog Devices\ADSP-BF609_Evaluation_Board-Rel1.1.0\BF609_EZ-Board\Blackfin\Examples\Device_Programmer\serial\bf609_w25q32bv_dpia.dxe" -cmd info -cmd prog -erase all -format bin -offset 0 -file "C:\Users\dell\Desktop\spi\u-boot-bf609-ezkit-spi-2013R1.ldr" -format bin -offset 0 -file "C:\Users\dell\Desktop\spi\u-boot-bf609-ezkit-spi-2013R1.ldr"

I have got the following error messages:

Hi Jihen,

Sorry for the late response. Not sure if you have resolved the problem.

I could see that the .ldr (C:\Users\dell\Desktop\spi\u-boot-bf609-ezkit-spi-2013R1.ldr") which needs to be programmed in the SPI flash is mentioned twice in the command. This could be one of the reason for the error.
