ADZS-BF707-EZBRD for pre-released version

One of my customets uses the ADZS-BF707-EZBRD for ADSP-BF70X evaluating.
He has purchased in a few months ago.
The part that assembled on this board (ADSP-BF70X) is with ENG Suffix.
The question is if is this device up to date or is there avalable newer version of the ADSP-BF70X?

Can you provide the full printed labele on the ADSP-BF707?

The most recent silicon Revision is 1.0, it would be labeled like the following:
ADSP-BF707
BBCZ-ENG
3045661.1-1.0
