ADSP BF527 ez-kit problem on IC3021(ZVR3)

Hi Team,

We using BF527 ez-kit rev2.2,we changed boot mode and return back to default mode(Mode1),but we didn't get factory default mode.so try reset to starting position and follow POST parallel in VDSP foder path C:\Program Files\Analog Devices\VisualDSP 5.1.2\Blackfin\Examples\ADSP-BF527 EZ-KIT Lite\Power_On_Self_Test\Parallel and change all setting recommend by Read me file,then power ON board we notify one IC heated so much(IC 3021) ZVR3 near PPI.so we switch OFF the board.what is the issue behind problem?
