ADAU1787 exported .dat files - filter out registers set to default

I have a project with register settings only, for now. No FDSP nor SDSP.
There are a lot of registers and most remain at their default settings.
Is there a way to make the exported .dat files only contain registers that are changed from default?

Hello Dan,
No there is not. You would have to write a script to process the .dat file to do that. SigmaStudio always includes all registers because the state of the DSP is unknown so you write to all the registers. Yes, if you perform a reset then the part is in a known state but the programmers are just overly careful.
