Using GPIO to switch filters 1701

I want to use a simple slide switch via GPIO to switch filters in and out of circuit. The circuit is basically a stereo two way crossover with HPF at the front. I want to be able to bypass the crossover while keeping the HPF in circuit. How can I do that?

Here is an example project that uses a GPIO to switch a MUX. You will have to set this up in your project but this should get you moving forward.
