The user is transitioning from ADXL202 to ADXL213 but requires a ±2g range and PWM output. The final answer suggests continuing to use ADXL202 for now and considering ADXL327 or ADXL345 for future redesigns, noting that no current alternatives offer both a ±2g range and PWM output.

Hello,

Currently I use an accelerometer adxl202 for a poduct of my compagnie. Analog devices makes a transition from adxl202 to adxl213.

I have a probleme with the g-Range of ADXL213 wich is +/-1.2g. I need an accelerometer with at least a g-Range of +/-2g and a duty cycle output.

Is there an accelerometer with this charactéristic? Where can I find him?

Thank you for your answer

Edwin

You may still be able to find ADXL202 in the market.

Here is an example with stock

And these guys may have a stash somewhere.

I would recommend you buy the 202 for now but plan on redesigning your system to use the new products.

I am sure you have seen this

Although if you are redesigning you may want to consider something even better like the ADXL327 or the ADXL345.

Sorry there is not alternative if you are looking for the PWM out at 2g.

Thank you for your answer.

I'm going to redesigne my system.

You advise me the ADXL327 and ADXL345 but they don't have a PWM out..

Do you have an accelerometer 3 axis with a PWM out??

thank you in advance
