Hi Eric-
I'm the community manager of the DSP EngineerZone. Thanks for registering and participating in the forum. The purpose of the DSP EngineerZone forum is to provide support to Developers using ADI DSPs and related tools.
We currently do not allow the advertisement of job opportunities in the forum. The verbiage in the forum Code of Conduct under "Don’t post advertisements" didn't specifically call out this example, but that was the intent. I just updated the code to make this clearer and I'm going to lock this thread.

We may consider adding a category for these type of posts sometime in the future, but for now we really want to keep the focus of the forum on support.
