mono signal input to EVAL-ADAU1787Z

Hi

I evaluate EVAL-ADAU1787Z connecting to PC by USB.

EVAL-ADAU1787Z outputs audio sound from J23(stereo output) successfully when stereo signal is input from J22(AIN2/AIN3) .

But EVAL-ADAU1787Z does not output audio sound from J23(stereo output) when mono signal is input from J18(AIN0) and J11 is shorted to MICBAIS0.

Please see my schematic and Main_CTRL register on Sigma studio. Other registers are the default.

Could you advice the reason why there is no sound ?

Hello N.Kokubo,

It appears that the other two ADC outputs are muted.

Please attach your project so we can check other settings.

Also, what revision of SigmaStudio are you using?

Hi

Thank you for reply.

When a monaural signal is input from J18 (AIN0), audio is not output from J23 (stereo output) even when ADC2 and ADC3 are unmuted.

I use SigmaStudio 4.6.

Could you advice the reason why there is no sound ?
