What is the difference between AD5940BCBZ-RL and AD5940BCBZ-RL7 ?

The AD5940BCBZ-RL and AD5940BCBZ-RL7 are both 56-Ball WLCSP packages
In the data sheet *-RL7 is referenced only 2 times. On of those is listed just under the AD5940BCBZ-RL with identical specifications. The other relates to a different package
Can somebody explain to me what, if any differences exist between these packages?

It's OK I have found the answer.
#1 There is no difference between chips
#2 The -RL is 5000 chips on a 13 inch reel
#3 The -RL7 is 1500 of the SAME chips on a 7 inch reel.
