Hi all

I want to use two internal WAV players on an ADAU1467. Unfortunately I get the following error message:

##### Compile Started: Monday, July 4, 2022 5:14:25 PM #####
error (6075,Gong1): Label 'SecondSample' is already defined in the current context in module WavPlayInternalSS45NewAlg1 (12932)
error (6080,Gong1): Label 'ThirdSample' is already defined in the current context in module WavPlayInternalSS45NewAlg1 (12937)
error (6084,Gong1): Label 'Interpolation' is already defined in the current context in module WavPlayInternalSS45NewAlg1 (12941)
error (6075,Gong1): Assembler internal error: label mismatch in module WavPlayInternalSS45NewAlg1 (12932,0)
error (6080,Gong1): Assembler internal error: label mismatch in module WavPlayInternalSS45NewAlg1 (12937,0)
error (6084,Gong1): Assembler internal error: label mismatch in module WavPlayInternalSS45NewAlg1 (12941,0)
##### Compile FAILED: 6 errors, 0 warnings #####

What is the reason for this? One internal WAV player works perfectly.

Thx

Hello Meeh,

Could you please send us your project along with the wav files. It would be easily for us to simulate the problem and debug quickly.

Regards,

Harish

Hello Richard,

Sorry for the delay. There seems to be a bug in SigmaStudio and it has been noted to be fixed. However, I've attached a project as exactly yours. I tried with the pcm file which you sent. Somehow, I managed to compile it. I checked it with two other computers. It compiled. please try with that project. If that compiles for you then fine that may be the workaround. If that also doesn't compile for you, then there is a way if you have an external memory.

We are not sure whether you are using our Eval board or your own hardware. There is a trigger version of this wav player that uses external Flash connected to the processor via SPI. It can be found in the tree tool bar>>Master control port >> Runtime >> wavplayer. You can refer wiki for more settings and configs. You can write the wav file to the SPI flash by using flash programmer. Flash programmer can also be found under master control port.

Please try to use small size pcm/wav file for normal wavplayer (without trigger) the thing which you used in your project. Refer the wiki for size limitations. It should be within 20kb. That may also cause memory related error.

For now try with the project that I attached here with the file.
