ADAU1452 AEC&NC Working time Problem

Hi Support, I have an EVL kit from ADAU1452 and tried the code for AEC and NC, it works and according to the information there is a timer in code, so I could test the code for half an hour, but tried after 15 minutes each time DSP stop working! and my question is why!?
