Sin and Csin on ADAU1452 and voltage controlled PEQ.
Hello,
I am trying to implement voltage controlled PEQ. However, I have tried use State Variable Cell, it don't work fine.
I use 8.24 Q=1, f=0.255 with Sum with original signal. It works not as good as PEQ.
Therefore, I am trying to use Basic cell to build a PEQ. However, there is no sin or csin which can calculate the value from DC setting.
1. Is there any way can make a good PEQ and controlling Q, f by DC setting?
2. Is there any method to calculate sin and csin from DC setting value?
Best Regard.

Is there anyone can reply this?
Hello jason,
Can you attach your project you are using? I would like to see what you are doing exactly.
Are you using one of our eval boards or your own hardware?

Hello Dave,
This is what I wanna control by DC, Q and f.
Test6.dspproj
You can control a PEQ by controlling the F, Q, and boost/cut parameters of a PEQ tracking filter. See attached.PEQusingTrackingFilter.dspproj
Hello bitmechanic,
It doesn't help. I can't open the file and f, Q can't be controlled by DC set neither.
Tracking Filter is controlled inputing parameter but not DC set.
Hmm, not sure why you cant open the project, what version SS you use?
The parameters are controlled by DC. Here is the schematic:
Hello bitmechanic,
I have tried 4.5, 4.6 and 4.7. All of them can not open this.
This should work
