About Bug fixed of Multi-tap Delay for ADAU170x at SigmaStudio 4.6
Hi, ADI Support Team
I found a following bug fix description in the release note of SigmaStudio 4.6.
www.analog.com/.../sigmastudio_4.6_release_notes.pdf
ADAU170x:
- Wrong parameter addresses in Multi-tap Delay are fixed.
Currently, I am using a "Multi-Tap Voltage Controlled Delay" on ADAU1401A.

Does this bug fix relate to "Multi-Tap Voltage Controlled Delay"?

Hello TomY,
That is a good question. My follow-up question is to ask if you are experiencing issues with the voltage controlled version?

Hi, Dave
Thank you for your reply.
No, I am not facing the problem.
Currently, I am considering to update SigmaStudio 4.6, and found this bug fix information.
So, I need to judge whether it update SigmaStudio or not.
Best regards, TomY
Hi TomY,
The fix done for Multi-Tap Voltage Controlled Delay is applicable for ADAU1401A. So, when you migrate to SigmaStuio 4.6 this fix will be applied to your ADAU1401A schematic.
Hi, Sakthivel
Thank you for your reply.
I will plan to update to SigmaStudio 4.6 at next development project.
However, actually my system is mass-production using SigmaStudio 4.5 now.
Therefore, please let me make clear this bug, more detail.
(1) In what case does this issue occur?
(2) What will happen, if this issue occur?
(3) Is there workaround except updating SigmaStudio 4.6?
Best regerds, TomY
Hi TomY,
Apologies for the confusions. The parameter address generation issue was fixed for "MultipTap Delay" as shown below.
So no issue with the "Multi-Tap Voltage Controlled Delay" which I mentioned wrongly in my previous reply.
