No output

I designed a sine wave module with channel 0, but I connected the headphones and there was no sound, I used the ADAU1452 and SigmaStudio4 7. I compiled and downloaded it and wrote it to memory, but there was no output.

Since it is your own hardware, we don't know which EEPROM you are using. So, there may be a problem with EEPROM properties window like Speed, memory size,etc. The memory size must be correctly given otherwise it would cause you trouble.

I hope your hardware connections are properly given from the master control port to your EEPROM. Is it SPI EEPROM or I2C EEPROM?

Did you follow the self-booting procedure given in the user manual?

Erase the EEPROM by Erase memory thru DSP command and write it again.

You must link compile download your program into the DSP and write your program thru the DSP.

Make sure the self-boot switch is turned off while writing to the EEPROM. Once the writing process is completed then turn on the self-boot switch and hit the reset button.

If above given points didn't help, then give us the schematic of the connection between the master control port to EEPROM.
