Good morning everybody
My name is Valberto Aqui from Brazil.
I purchased a DSP recorder, I used it only twice and it stopped working, that is, it no longer communicates with the PC, and it has a blue led on when I turn the USB cable on and off, even so the led does not turn off and it does not communicate with anyone either. Could you tell me what's going on with her?

Hello Valberto,

That is the Error LED and it should not come on when you first connect it to the USB port. So it seems to me that the device is damaged. I would contact the place where you purchased it to seek a replacement.
