You must have a MCLK but it can be a lower frequency and you could possibly use a bitclock signal to go into the MCLK input. We would need to see the details of your system.

1) Then if you use the ADAU1452 you can use the ASRCs to bring in all the audio and to run it out of the core. This way it will follow the sample rate coming in.

2) You also could just set the start pulse to follow the input serial port and slave all the serial ports and it will run at the external frequency. However, you must have a proper clock on the MCLK input and the PLL setup properly.

The details will be important. Show us a block diagram of your system that shows number of channels, direction of clocks, frequencies of the clocks, and a general idea of what you want to do and see if this is possible.
