I purchased EVAL-ADAU1467 board which came with ADUSB2EBZ connection device. I installed it according to instructions. The correct LEDs are lit and the drivers installed seemingly correctly but it does not appear in the device manager and Sigmastudio software shows it as being disconnected. I tried on 4 different computers using 3 different cables, two of which were brand new. I'm starting to think the USB device is defective. Please advise.

Hello pedeards,

Sorry about the problems.

What kind of computer are you using? (I did see that you tried four different ones)

What version of OS?

Where are you located?

Hi Dave

Thank you for responding.

We tried 4 different PCs, 3 Win10, 1 Win11. All using USB2.0 port as recommended (not USB3.0)

The device powers up & LEDs are on as shown:

The drivers installed along with the Sigmastudio software.

The device does not show in the Device Manager:

And is red in SigmaStudio:

We have tried 3 different USB cables, as I read someone had a similar issue & it turned out to be the cable.

Not sure what to try next.

Thanks for your help

Hello Pete,

Thanks for the information and the picture. The state of the LEDs is not a valid state so I think it is not properly programmed or somehow failed. So I am suspecting the USBi itself is the issue.

Check your email for more info.
