I've been using just ADC inputs 32 & 33 on the '1467 eval board, but now need to expand this to 36 & 37. It looks like some configuration of the SDATA lines is needed, but the user guide doesn't make this very obvious at all - anyone know what's needed to be done please?

Hello dunmail,

Here I have attached a project where all inputs and outputs of the Eval-board are enabled.

To see that, please go to Register config window>> Serial_ports>> SDATAIO. You can few registers were enabled.

Input 32-33 and output 0-1 are default which don't need any register configuration.

SDATAIO4 is an input which enables input 36-37.

SDATAIO5 is an output which enables output (4-5), SDATAIO6 is an output which enables output (8-9), SDATAIO7 is an output which enables output (12-13).

Hi Harish

Thanks for your advice. I've configured SDATA 4 ROUTE as per your program, but I'm still getting no input signal showing. I've noticed though that when you hover over the box it says "Valid only when PORT_SEL0 <=2b01" - any idea what this might be please? is there something else I need to configure maybe?

Regards,

Dunmail

Hello Dunmail,

Sorry, I forgot to mention this, please set the SPORT_IN2 as below.

4-channels, 32-bits/channel

Refer the attached project's serial port settings if needed. It's a working project with all registers configured.

Regards,

Harish

Many thanks, that seems to have sorted it, both 36 and 37 are now showing signal, although 36 doesn't seem to be quite right, but that might be a wiring issue or a problem on the board.
