Hex to ASCII conversion using Inbuilt Modules

Dear Team,

Is there a way to convert hex value that is read via SPI Read module into its corresponding ASCII version as exemplified below:

The hex values I read are 0x30 0x2e 0x30 0x30 0x30 0x30 0x30 0x33 0x31 0x36 0x32 0x32 0x37 0x38 (so i would want to read 14 bytes each time)

Corresponding ASCII value is :0.000003162278

Is this possible using SS inbuilt modules .
