Hello,
Thanks for reporting, I will look into this.
I noticed that that Mux didn't get compiled properly as you can see the instruction it took was 0. usually, it takes 10 instructions. So, I guess it is the one which makes trouble.
I get it compiled by replacing that switch mux with index selectable mux. The index selectable mux takes 18 instructions whereas switch mux takes 10 instructions. If you have instructions left in your project, then you can use this.
Please try this and see whether this works for you.
Regards,
Harish
Hello Michael,
You cannot put a feedback cell with a switch in the feedback loop, and a delay block. The compiler has no idea if there is a condition that does not work for feedback and it cannot resolve what the output is from a delay cell until you put a new sample in and that has not happened yet. So this simply will not work.
What are you attempting to do? There is probably a way to do it but just not this way.
As I think about it. I have used a feedback cell in a loop with a delay cell. You may be trying to do what I did on the 1701 which is to stretch the delay time by recycling the samples through the delay several times? I could share details of that.
