Adau 1701 TCPip dll protocol changed since Sigmastudio 4.5

Hi everybody,

there has been a change in tcpip.dll since Sigmastudio 4.5.

A simple read of two bytes that worked perfectly in 4.5 is no more working in 4.6 and 4.7.

In sigmastudio 4.5 you can seee clearly the replies.

In 4.6 or 4.7 there is no error, but no reply value is displayed (see the missing "Data" column values:

Of course this is actually tested on the same board (with ESP32 working as TCP-IP server).

Clearly something changed in tcpip.dll, the size is different.

I searched everywhere but there is no description of changes about this ... And many people are asking details.

Is it too much to get from ADI a simple description of the TWO messages that make such communication protocol?

Can we know what was changed since 4.5? Without a description the TCPIP.DLL and related components are useless...
