For the Laux and Raux pins do they only bypass in one direction (from input to output) or is it bidirectional where you can take feedback and feed it to the adc (output to input)?

Hello Duckmanquack,

No, it is only meant to be a talkthrough signal for phone communications.

It is actually not just the AUX pins but the output of the input mixer that gets sent to the output as well. But, that still does not help you.

Is there a way to do an internal loop back of the digital audio on the adau1961? Feed device i2s data and then be able to loopback and output that digital audio through i2s?

To clarify when i say loop back i mean taking the digital data that is being sent to the adau1961 over the j6 header, and having that dac data go through the adc and then output on the adc pin (the digital data). And that adc data be the same music that was played earlier. Is this possible? I want the same digital data that is being inputted to be outputted.
