Hello,

At the bottom of the initial 'Documentation' page it states "....Pages from this Wiki can be exported by using the Print | Export Open Office | PDF options at the top of each page...."

This has only appeared *once* where I was able to effect this. All the other times the only things I see at the top of the page are the various headings for 'Analog.Com', 'EngineerZone', ..... Or, if I drop down one level below this I see the headings 'Analog Devices|WIKI', .... and below those, "...Resources & Tools...."

Only on one occasion have I seen the actual 'Print' heading at the top of the page, and been able to print the page contents. Otherwise, if using the standard browser 'Print' I end up with a jumbled, unformatted page. I've tried opening the 'Help' Wiki on both FireFox and Google. Each gives the same action - * no 'Print....' at the top of a browser page*

What to do ?

Thanks,

Jim

Hello Jim,

This is probably going to be a Windows/browser issue. I just tried it myself on one of the Wiki pages and when I just hit CTRL-P I get a preview that looks decent enough. It is not all jumbled. There are a few things that are not great. It might depend on the actual page. Which page are you trying to print?

So what version of OS are you using and what browser? I can ask the web programming team for some assistance and the first thing they will ask is for the OS and Browser info.

Some browsers now require you to "sign-in".

Send over the Wiki page link you are interested in printing and I will see what I get.

Thanks,

Dave T

Hi, Dave,

- I tried both Google (Ver 121.0.6) and Firefox(122.0). I did sign in.

- Windows 10 Pro

- It worked - i.e., the options appeared - on *the very first instance* but didn't work for *any* pages thereafter.

As CTRL-P is just the hot-key version of the regular 'Print' command it does work. However, I think the difference is that the 'missing' header version of the print command doesn't print any of the header/footer information and may slightly adjust the page formatting. Been a long time since it actually worked for me so can't totally recall.

Thanks,

Jim

P.S. I tried to reply to the email response but that got kicked back to me.
