I'm a student studying Audio DSP by myself in Korea.
I was using the 4.7 version and it was working fine, but when I updated Windows 11, I formatted my computer and installed the 4.7 again, the DSP board doesn't recognize any input signals.
So I tried it on another computer, and it worked fine then.
My guess is that it started not working when I updated from Windows 10 to 11, but what should I do if this happens?
I don't think it's a cable or other hardware issue, since it works fine on the other computer.

Looking forward to any help from you senior developers.
Thank you.

Hello Kakilla,

Do you have any problem during the installation? Like it's throwing some errors, opened and closed immediately, crashed or something like that? Or you only have a problem with the functionality like not accepting the inputs?

Do you have any problem while compiling the program?

Can you confirm that the USBi is connected properly? Is the USBi block in the config page green in colour?

If you face any errors or warnings while compiling or even opening up sigma studio, then please describe what kind of errors. Or if everything seems well with opening and compiling the project and only you can't see the signal flow in sigma studio?

Did a restart or uninstall and re-install sigma studio help?
