Help doesn't work without an internet connection
SS+ seems to think there's no internet connection on my PC even though it's fine. So I guess that's bug #1.
Bug #2 is help doesn't work because it thinks there's no internet connection.
It should provide a locally cached help if there was no internet. It's a major bug for any engineering related software to require a functional internet connection.

Hello Brewster,
Thanks for your report on this. I will send this off to the programming team.

Hello Brewster,
I got word back on this topic. The help files will remain on the Wiki so it will only be available if you have internet. However, they did fix the issue where it thinks there is no internet access but there really is internet access. This fix is included in this new release of Rev 2.3.0 releasing next week.
Thanks,
Dave T

<sigh> I guess the developers have never tried to work on-site to deal with a problem...I know, no amount of whining will help change things.
