AD7606B delivers a FALSE DoutA/B with serial interface, seeking for help

Hi, I am currently applying AD7606B_BSTZ, using the SERIAL interface with two Dout lines, and the way of clocking out the MSB is a 3-wire MODE.

And this is the SCHEMATIC of AD7606B.

The sampling results of ADC is always correct when the system is not powered by a high voltage.

When the whole system is up to a high voltage(750V), the timing sequence of AD7606B is correct.

BUT, AD7606B sometimes delivers a FALSE DoutA/DoutB to microprocessor.
