ADAU1772 - any way to create an oscillator in the core?

I was asked if there was any way we could create an oscillator in the DSP core to try and debug our glitch issue.
I don't see anything unless I were to try to use a filter with 100% feedback...

You are correct. Since this is not a general purpose DSP core you cannot program an oscillator in the core. I had the same thought as you that I wonder if you could come up with some bi-quad coefficients that are unstable in a predictable way to create an oscillator? Perhaps some of our other forum users who are better at bi-quads than I am could some up with a solution?
I will think about this a bit more...
