Version read method using 'Schematic Version Control'

Yes, you can. Since these three parameters get stored in the DM1, you can read them from you MCU.

After enabling this function as explained in the wiki page,

Just design your schematic and link compile download your project, then export the system files and open PARAM.h file.

There you can see the addresses of these parameters in DM1. You can send those address from your MCU and read.
