There are two links in the ADI Web site that are directed to their ECAD Symbols and Footprint download file.

Yes, both ICs share the same footprint. They come in the same 72-Lead LFCSP_VQ (Lead Frame Chip Scale Package). The only difference is in the DSP system clock frequency, ADAU1452WBCPZ runs at 294.912MHz, whereas ADAU1452WBCPZ150 runs at 147.456MHz
