Aardvark does not turn green for EVAL-ADAU1452REVBZ
I have ordered the USBi interface, but I am trying to use the Total Phase Aarkvark with the EVAL-ADAU1452REVBZ in the mean time. For some reason, nothing I do seems to turn the Aardvark Communication Channel object green.
I know that the Aardvark driver is correctly installed, because I can run the Total Phase Control Center software, Connect to the adapter, and send messages to change the GPIO output values or read GPIO as input. I also hear the Windows chime when connecting or disconnecting the cable.
I noticed that the USB Connected LED on the eval board never turns on. The YouTube videos mention that this turns on when the USBi is properly connected. Should I expect to see it light up for the Aarkvark, too?
Also, what other settings or configurations might I need in SigmaStudio 4.7 to enable the Total Phase Aardvark to communicate with the EVAL-ADAU1452REVBZ?

Update: If I use the Total Phase Control Center Software to power downstream devices, the USB Connected LED on the eval board will turn on. However, the communications object in SigmaStudio stays red, and downloads report a communication error. I've tried with and without Control Center running and connected, so there should be not be a conflict there.
Has the Aardvark communications object been verified as working?

It has been a while since I have used an Aardvark. Last I know it was all working correctly.
Send a screenshot of your configuration page. I see you are using Rev 4.7. That should not be an issue.
Send your project would be even better.
I have an Aardvark here so I can test it.
