external controls correspondence / APM2

Hello everyone, I've just started experimenting with DSPs and wanted to start with the APM2 because I think the ADAU1701 gives me the ability to do a lot more than I'm capable of. Since I would like to take advantage of the possibility of installing external commands and controls, I am not sure that I have understood the connections and I attach an image where I have summarized what I think I have understood but being a novice before making incorrect connections I want to ask for confirmation or receive corrections regarding the connections.
