I apologize for asking this question here. I just don't know where to look.
Is there a programming environment similar to SigmaStudio where you can build an audio processing block and then run it on an Android device?
I know there's something called Android Studio and that you can write arbitrary code in C++. However, I'm looking for a graphical frontend that will free me from writing code.

I have asked around and I have not heard of a product that uses graphical programming methods for an Android device. I wish I had some better news for you.
You might want to check if Matlab might support an Android:

This might be handy although it is not graphical but more of a code resource.
