ADAU1772 I2C address-difference between datasheet and evalb user guide

Hi,
ADAU1772 datasheet shows I2C address configurable between 0x3C and 0x3F, but it can't be set to this range on SigmaStudio. Instead, UG-477 user guide for ADAU1772 eval board, shows in figures 46 and 48 that usable I2C address is 0x78, which is a left shift to 0x3C.
Why is that?
