Dear Sir/Madam,

We are developing a medical instrument using the evaluation board ADAU1701. It performs well. But we would like to design our own PCB. And I wonder whether you can share the layout of the evaluation board so that we can implement our board with less error. The document on your website does have the pdf version of the schematic, but a layout would be very helpful since we are new in using this chip.

Hello,

Attached is a PDF of the board layout. Bear in mind that some tradeoffs were made when designing the evaluation board that may not be the most suitable for your application. If we can offer any specific guidance on any board layout questions you might have, feel free to ask!

Hi Tyler,

Is it possible to use the same component placement for the critical parts, specially those related to

PVDD , DVDD, PLL_LF, FILTD, FILTA?

I also noticed that the TOP COPPER (RED) is a ground plane? in addition to L2 witch is GROUND?

One extra question regarding the L3 DVDD, is this a FULL layer used for power? I mean same idea as the ground plane?

one plane and connected all the power points to that plane?
