I use a ADAU1452. I need to deliver a i2s signal to an outside device that is also on the same master clock. The outside deliver to the ADAU1452 the LRCK and BCLK, and this unfortunately cannot be changed. How do i set up an ASRC so the Sdata pin will deliver data synchronized to the incoming LRDK BCLK?

Hello Thomas,

If both the SigmaDSP and the outside device are on the same master clock, then you do not need to use the ASRCs. Simply slave the serial output port to the external clocks and you will be fine.

You will only need to use the ASRC when the source is on a different master clock or if it is at a different sample rate from the core sample rate.

The core can be set to slave to this external device if this works with the rest of your system. There are a lot of options.
