About ADI Surround on ADAU145X
Hello,
I am planning to start a project using the ADAU145x platform just to be able to use the ADI Surround algorithm.
Can anyone confirm that the ADI surround produces correct decoded channels? With 2 channel input, analog or digital, does the ADI surround produce a Center that carries only vocals and little music, left and right that carry only music with little vocals and surround that carries special effects with NO vocals? Also, are the surrounds stereo or mono?
The requirement if zero vocal leakage in rear channels is a priority and a must while having STEREO surround instead of mono would be an added bonus.
