EEPROM write fails in release 3.13

Hi Dave,

I'm experiencing difficulty with downloading code to the on-board EEPROM. The exact same design loads fine when compiled under 3.12, but when compiling in 3.13 all attempts to load the code into the EEPROM fail. I've also noticed that the white noise generator I have in my design doesn't work when compiled in 3.13. Does this sound familiar to you in any way ?
