Hi,

How to use EVAL-ADUSB2EBZ as standalone SPI interface from PC to any SHARC DSP? i.e. What are the API's on the PC to configure the EVAL-ADUSB2EBZ for SPI? If it is possible, is there any document which talks about API's? In my application, I've to boot the SHARC in slave mode from PC. For my case, is it possible to use EVAL-ADUSB2EBZ with SPI master?

Hello Madhan,

There are no APIs available to allow the USBi to be used simply as a USB to SPI adapter. I would go look on the Cypress web site for that.

I am pretty sure the USBi is used with SigmaStudio for SHARC. Have a look here on the forum for more details:

I support the SigmaDSP so I have not used it for the SHARC.
