How can obtain a Algorithm Designer?

In one of old SigmaStudio resales (3.7 if remember correctly), there was left in the installation the "Algorithm Designer" block, accessible trough DesignerNew.dll add-ins. It is very useful if someone need to write a more optimized assembly code for older DSPs, but seems to not well working for ADAU145X family.
What is the procedure to get a more recent version of it? Some licensing or NDA or something other?

I have not seen us release this to anyone in a very long time.
