Moving between projects

Hi all,

I'm a newbie for DSP development.

I'd like to know if there is a document or notes about how to handle different kind of project.

I mean: I'm developing (for 21489) both a schematic by SigmaStudio and a program by VisualDSP.

How can I handle these projects?

Do i need to switch every time the USB cable between iUSB and the little board under the EZ-board Lite?

Please, provide some tips for the development cycle.
