SigmaSudio connection to Sharc Evaluation board fails

Hello

I try to Link CompileDownLoad ADI examples or my simple designs using SS3.12 to Shard Eval boards (with 489 and 469 Sharc processors).

I choose related loader and boot target in Config Tab.

But most of times don't get connected to board (can not get MIPS or Get version).

I have to power cycle and repeat this process several time until get lucky and connect correctly to board.

Any idea or suggestion?
