I do not fully understand your questions. The address difference is because the compiler placed it in a different place and you used two different memory blocks.

You mentioned where you were not able to control it with a microcontroller and one where you could. Did you recompile your microcontroller code to account for the changed addresses of the controls?

So how is this project going?
