My aim is to route an input to a desired output using the registers. I read the data sheet (page 104) and despite setting SOUT_SOURCE to 011 I can't get it to use input channels 0 & 1. It works fine when 001 an 010.

Note: I am using an ADAU 1452. And the block above the intput and output 0 is just to generate a sine wave. I have shorted the sine wave from the outputs 16 & 17 to the first input jack with a cable.

Hello Fevzi,

What hardware are you using? The Evaluation board or your own board?

If this is your own board then a schematic would be helpful.

When you say you want to route a signal from an input to an output are you meaning that you want to bypass the DSP altogether?

So what inputs do you want to go where?

Thanks,

Dave T
