ADSP 21469 connection issue

Hello,

I have the ADSP EZ-kit and have SigmaStudio downloaded on my PC. But even though the system says driver is installed and is shown in the device manager, still when I click link compile download it says "Compiled. Comms failed." Is there something else required or did I miss something?
