It is not possible to transfer audio using the EVAL-ADUSB2EBZ. It is only used for control and some lower rate data transfer.

If you need to get audio in and out of your PC then I suggest you look for an SPDIF interface for your computer. Then you can use the SPDIF interface on the Eval-ADAU1452 board to transmit the audio.

You can also use the Codec to go in and out using analog audio but I understand if you would not want to do that.
