Dear support team,

Could you send me a help file for flash programmer for ADAU145x,please?

I try to use flash programmer on ADAU1452 with eval board.

When I use big file (<8Mbit), higher address data might be over written to lower address.

Size of EEPROM on eval boad is 8Mbit.

So , I think that I can write until 8Mbit data.

Best regards,

Takepiro

Hello Takepiro,

Are you referring to the EEPROM programming documentation for Selfboot? The only documentation I am aware of that exists is the ADAU1452 MINIZ eval board Selfboot description (page 17). http://www.analog.com/static/imported-files/user_guides/EVAL-ADAU1452MINIZ_User_Guide.pdf

There is some information in the help file if you highlight the E2Prom IC block into Hardware Configuration tab. The default EEPROM is 1 Mbit, but the selfboot code should never exceed the 1.5 Mbit total memory of the part.

Otherwise, are you instead referring to the Master Control Port "Flash Programmer" cell? Perhaps there is a limitation in the maximum addressible size.

Hello Takehiro,

Unfortunately this is not documented yet. We are looking to add this to the On-line Wiki soon.

Did you ever resolve your issue for writing large data file? It's possible there could be a potential bug for higher address lines as I am not sure if we tested this for large files, or perhaps it is something in your configuration settings. Can you send a screenshot of your setup?

Thank you for your reply.

Yes.

When I wrote a small file, I don't see the issue.

Setting is below(I used default setting):

I attached text files

Flash_data_8ch.txt is NG file.

Flash_data_1ch.txt is OK file.
