ADAU1452 - how to access SPI Master ?
Project data is downloaded with the USBi to the self boot EPROM (on the SPI Master port) through the SPI slave port.with the "Write latest compilation through DSP" function
There seems to be no information in the data sheet on how to configure the Master SPI port or Slave SPI port.
We would like to use a uP connected to the Slave SPI port to write data to the EPROM connected to the SPI Master port.
Also, is there any method to "Write Back" parameter data to the EPROM to make changes non-volatile ?

The SPI master port is only accessible from the DSP core, it is not accessible externally from the slave control port and cannot be configured using control registers.
If I understand you question correctly, you would like to write to the eeprom which is connected to the ADAU1452 master port, from an MCU that is connected to the ADAU1452 SPI slave port?
The simplest option (from a software perspective) is to add switches to physically disconnect the eeprom SPI pins from the ADAU1452 and connect it to the MCU directly when necessary.
If you want to write through the DSP in the same method as SigmaStudio's "Write latest compilation through DSP" that is technically possible. When you choose "Write latest compilation through DSP" in SigmaStudio, a special SPI master writer program is downloaded to the DSP. This program writes data out the master port 1 page at a time. If you examine the capture window in SigmaStudio during the "Write latest compilation through DSP" operation you can see this special program as well as the page write operations. The same program can be utilized on an MCU to write data from MCU through the ADAU1452's SPI master port.
Also, is there any method to "Write Back" parameter data to the EPROM to make changes non-volatile ?
Parameter write back is not currently supported, a host MCU needs to read the paramter data from the ADAU1452.
